Samsung had unveiled the Galaxy A10 smartphone in February this year. Rumors that have surfaced since the past few weeks have claimed that the South Korean company will be debuting an upgraded version of the phone in the second half of 2019. A recent report had claimed that it may go official early in August. A fresh report by 91mobiles now reveals a leaked poster from retail sourcesthat states the Galaxy A10s will be launching soon.
The poster states that ‘upgrade is coming soon’ which clearly suggests that it is an improved version of the Galaxy A10.
Samsung Galaxy A10s Specifications (Rumoured)
Reports have so far revealed that A10s will come with several improvements such as dual rear cameras, a better front camera, larger battery and a fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy A10s is expected to borrow the 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display from the A10.
The Galaxy A10s is rumored to be powered by an unidentified 1.6GHz processor and 2GB of RAM. It is speculated to come with an internal storage of 16GB. However, another variant with 32GB storage cannot be ruled out. The handset will be equipped with a dedicated microSD card slot.
Instead of the 5-megapixel front camera found on the Galaxy A10, the upcoming A10s could be equipped with an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. Also, the 13-megapixel single camera of the A10 could be swapped with a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup. It may come preloaded with One UI based on Android 9 Pie.
The Galaxy A10 lacks a fingerprint scanner, but the A10s is expected to feature it. Lastly, the Galaxy A10s is rumoured to arrive with a 4,000mAh battery which is quite bigger than A10’s 3,400mh battery.
