The Samsung Galaxy A14 was also spotted in leaked renders last month. The smartphone is expected to arrive as the successor to the last year’s Galaxy A13. It’s likely that the upcoming A-series phone may debut in the near future.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 is listed with ARM MT6769V processor on Geekbench. It corresponds to the MediaTek Helio G80. The device will be equipped with Mali G52 GPU onboard. The listing reveals that the Galaxy A14 will pack 4GB RAM and run on the latest Android 13 OS out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 scores 1,658 and 5,283 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core test results.
As per leaked renders, the Galaxy A14 has a U-shaped notch and a slightly thick chin. The volume rocker and power button are located on the right side with the latter also doubling up as a fingerprint scanner. The back panel has vertically stacked three camera sensors without any module. The smartphone is said to feature a large 6.8-inch LCD display bearing an FHD+ resolution.
