Samsung Galaxy A20s specs and design leaked, reveal triple cameras and 4,000mAh battery

Multiple reports in the past have suggested that Samsung is working on a new Galaxy A series smartphone, which will allegedly be released as the Galaxy A20s. The phone will arrive as the successor to the Galaxy A20, which was launched in India in April. While Samsung hasn’t yet confirmed the existence of the Galaxy A20s, a live image has revealed the complete specifications and design of the upcoming smartphone.

Starting off with the design, the leaked photo suggests that the Samsung Galaxy A20s will feature a premium build with what looks like a glass back panel. The phone will have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor with Samsung’s branding placed in the middle. At the rear, the handset will have a triple camera module, which will be placed vertically in the top-left corner with an LED flash unit sitting below it. On the front, the smartphone will have an Infinity V-shaped notch above the screen.

As for the specs, the Samsung Galaxy A20s will arrive with a 6.5-inch HD+ TFT display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, suggests the leaked image. The phone will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, aided by 4GB of RAM. The handset is said to feature 64GB of native storage, which you will be able to further expand up to 512GB by inserting a microSD card.

Talking about the camera specs, the Samsung Galaxy A20s will come with a 13MP primary camera at the rear with f/1.8 aperture. The main sensor will be accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP depth camera. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone will be equipped with an 8MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture and face recognition functionality. Lastly, the leaked photo indicates that the Galaxy A20s will be fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.

As of now, there’s no word on the exact pricing of the Samsung Galaxy A20s at the moment. However, we expect it to be priced higher than the Galaxy A20, which is available at the starting price of Rs 9,990 at the moment.
