Samsung launched its latest Galaxy A-series smartphone called the Galaxy A21s in India just last month. The new smartphone comes in as an upgraded variant of the Galaxy A21 and is the successor to last year’s Galaxy A20s. The smartphone comes with improved specifications such as a punch-hole display, quad-cameras and a larger battery.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A21s in two configurations – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB, priced at Rs 16,499 and Rs 18,499, respectively. Now, the South Korean giant has reduced the price of the top-end variant in the country as per the popular Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom and the price is now reflecting on the official website as well.
Samsung Galaxy A21s 6GB variant’s new price in India
As mentioned before, the 6GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy A21 was launched in India at Rs 18,499. The South Korean brand has now dropped the price in the country by Rs 1,000. The smartphone will now retail at Rs 17,499. The new price has been officially listed on the Samsung online store as well. The base 4GB variant continues to retail at Rs 16,499.
The smartphone is available across retail stores, Samsung Opera House, Samsung.com and leading online portals. It’s being offered in Black, White, Blue and Red colours.
Samsung Galaxy A21 specifications and features
To recap, the Samsung Galaxy A21s comes with a 6.5-inch Infinity-O display with HD+ resolution. At its core, the smartphone features an Exynos 850 processor with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The onboard storage can be further expanded using a microSD card. In the software department, the handset boots Android 10 with Samsung’s OneUI 2.0 on top. Powering the smartphone is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W charging.
Coming to the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy A21s comes with a quad-camera setup on the back with 48-megapixel primary camera, accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel macro shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The punch-hole cutout in the front houses a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
