Samsung quietly announced the Galaxy A21s last month. The successor to the Galaxy A20s sports a punch-hole display, 48MP quad camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, Android 10-based One UI 2.0 and more as its highlights. At the time, the brand didn’t reveal the phone’s pricing and global availability. Now, according to a recent report, Samsung is gearing up to launch the mid-range A-series offering in India soon.
In related news, Samsung recently launched the Galaxy A31 in India, which is one of the rare phones from the brand to come with a MediaTek chipset. The phone features a 5,000mAh battery, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and is priced at Rs 21,999.
Samsung Galaxy A21s launch date in India
According to a report by IANS, Samsung will launch the Galaxy A21s in India as early as next week. The report claims that the brand will price the handset in the Rs 15,000 – Rs 20,000 price bracket, and it will be sold through leading online as well as offline channels.
The smartphone is expected to launch in two configurations – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB. In the global press release, Samsung also mentioned a 3GB + 32GB variant of the handset.

To recap on the spec sheet, the Galaxy A21s packs a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a punch-hole cutout. Handling the performance of the device is an Exynos 850 processor clocked at 2.0GHz. In the camera department, the smartphone features a 48MP quad camera setup on the back. The primary camera is accompanied by an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there’s a 13MP snapper on the front.
Other features of the smartphone include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Android 10 with One UI 2.0, a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging support and more.
