Samsung Galaxy A23 5G US Variant spotted on Bluetooth SIG Ahead of Launch

Samsung is likely to launch its Galaxy A23 5G smartphone soon. The smartphone has been spotted in several weeks over the last couple of weeks. Today, we have spotted Samsung Galaxy A23 5G’s US model on the Bluetooth SIG. The listing mentions four model – SM-A236U, “SM-A2360, SM-A236U1_DS and SM-236DL.

Samsung had launched the 4G variant of Samsung Galaxy A23 in March 2022. This smartphone is expected to be a 5G upgrade of this smartphone and pack in a Snapdragon 695 under the hood.

Past leaks suggest that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 with an octa-core chipset and will be paired with Adreno 619 GPU. In regards to cameras, Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is likely to pack in quad-rear camera setup headlined by a 50MP primary sensor. It is also likely to include an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and two 2MP macro and depth sensors. For selfies, it is expected to have a 13MP front-facing sensor. The smartphone is likely to get it juice from a 5,000mAh battery and support 25w fast charger.

Out of the box, Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is expected to run android 12, which is likely to be based on OneUI 4.1 skin.

A recent leak by gizpie suggested that Samsung Galaxy A23 5g with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage will retail for EUR 300, which translates to Rs. 24,000. The same report also mentioned that this smartphone will be available in three colour options – Black, Light Blue and White.

The 4G variant of Samsung Galaxy A23 is also available in three colour options – Light Blue, Black and Orange. The 8GB+128GB was sold out on Samsung India website, while the 6GB+128GB is retailing for Rs. 18,499.
