Samsung Galaxy A30s 128GB variant goes official for Rs 15,990

Samsung launched the Galaxy A30s in India back in September. The smartphone featured 64GB of native storage. Samsung has now introduced a 128GB variant of the Galaxy A30s in India, claims an exclusive report on 91mobiles. The publication has revealed the pricing of the new model. It is now available for purchase in offline markets. It is yet to be confirmed whether Samsung plans to offer both variants in the country, or phase out the lower storage option eventually. 

The 128GB Galaxy A30s still features the same 4GB of RAM found on the 64GB variant. According to the publication, the 128GB variant is currently selling for Rs 15,999 in offline stores, while the 64GB variant is available online for Rs 14,999. The upgraded variant is yet to appear on e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. The Samsung A30s is available in three colour options – Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Black and Prism Crush Violet.

The Exynos 7904 powered Galaxy A30s comes with an HD+ display and in-screen fingerprint reader

The Samsung Galaxy A30s flaunts a 6.4-inch Infinity-V Super AMOLED display. The screen features an HD+ resolution of 1,560 x 720 pixels and supports live wallpapers. The smartphone draws power from an octa-core Exynos 7904 SoC with a Mali-G71 GPU and is paired with 4GB of RAM. Samsung is currently offering the Galaxy A30s with 128GB of native storage, expandable further using a microSD card.

In terms of optics, the device features a triple-camera layout at the rear. The primary sensor uses a 25-megapixel lens, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The module features an LED flash unit. There is a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The smartphone draws power from a 4,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. Its other features include in-display fingerprint reader, dual SIM 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone port.
