Samsung Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s price in India dropped by Rs 1,000

Samsung has reduced the price of the Galaxy A30s smartphone in India for the first time since the launch in September. In addition, the brand has dropped the price of the Galaxy A50s as well, which has received the second price drop in the country since its arrival. The company has permanently decreased the pricing of the latest Galaxy A series handsets by Rs 1,000. The Galaxy A30s is now available for Rs 15,999, down from Rs 16,999. As for the Galaxy A50s, its 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants now cost Rs 19,999 and Rs 21,999 respectively, down from the earlier price of Rs 20,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively.

The price drop on the Samsung Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s smartphones has been announced by the Mumbai-based independent mobile retailer Mahesh Telecom. They are available at the reduced pricing via major brick and mortar retail stores across the country. The online sales partners of Samsung are still selling these phones at the earlier prices.

As for the specs, the Samsung Galaxy A30s features a 6.4-inch Infinity-V Super AMOLED HD+ display that has a fingerprint sensor under the hood. The phone is powered by an Exynos 7904 processor, which is aided by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. At the rear, the device has a 25MP main camera at the rear, which is aided by two more lenses – 5MP + 8MP. On the front, the device has a 16MP camera. A 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support keeps the handset running.

Moving on to the Samsung Galaxy A50s, the handset has a different 6.4-inch Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution and an under-display fingerprint reader. This one is fuelled by a more powerful Exynos 9610 processor. As for the camera features, the handset has a 48MP primary camera at the back, which is aided by a 5MP depth sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. The device has a better selfie camera – a 32MP sensor. Just like the Galaxy A30s, the Galaxy A50s is also fuelled by a 4,00mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
