Samsung had launched the Galaxy A31 smartphone earlier in June this year in India. Last month, the South Korean brand permanently slashed the price of the device. It was available at Rs 18,999 instead of the launch price tag of Rs 21,999.

Now Samsung has once again dropped the price of Galaxy A31. Samsung says that the new price is applicable across retail stores, Samsung Opera House, Samsung.com and leading online portals. However, at the time of writing this, the smartphone is listed with the revised price only on Amazon India.
Samsung Galaxy A31 price cut in India
The Samsung Galaxy A31 is cheaper by Rs 1,000 from its previous price. This makes the smartphone available for purchase at Rs 17,999 instead of Rs 18,999. It is offered in only 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage option. The device will be available at the new price across retail stores, Samsung Opera House, Samsung.com and leading online portals.
Interested customers can purchase the smartphone from Amazon at a lower price by availing exchange offer and 10 percent instant discount up to Rs 1,500 on ICICI bank debit card transactions.
Samsung Galaxy A31 specifications and features
The Samsung Galaxy A31 features an Infinity-U AMOLED display measuring 6.4-inches and bearing an FHD+ resolution. It is integrated with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The smartphone comes with quad rear cameras comprising a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP depth and 5MP macro unit. The device has a 20MP front-facing selfie camera.
The Galaxy A31 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P65 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB native storage that is also expandable up to 512GB via microSD card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with 15W fast charging. It runs on OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box.
