Just a couple of days ago, Samsung quietly dropped the price of the Galaxy A50s smartphone in India by up to Rs 2,500. The phone’s base variant with 4GB of RAM is now priced at Rs 17,499 and the 6GB RAM model now costs Rs 19,999. Now, the South Korean tech giant has reduced the price of the Galaxy A50 as well, but this one has received a limited period price cut. The Galaxy A50 6GB RAM variant’s price has been dropped by Rs 4,500. The phone now costs Rs 16,990, down from the earlier price of Rs 21,490. The company hasn’t reduced the price of the 4GB RAM variant during the new scheme. The device is available at the reduced pricing across channels from February 9th to February 21st.
Samsung Galaxy A50 specifications and features
To recap the specs, the Samsung Galaxy A50 is a mid-range offering with a waterdrop notch above the screen, minimal bezels on all the sides, a triple primary camera module on the back, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. A 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support completes the list of the specifications of the smartphone. The handset can be purchased in three colour options, including Black, Blue, and White.
