Multiple reports in the past have suggested that Samsung is working on a new Galaxy A series smartphone called the Galaxy A51. The phone will arrive as the successor to the Galaxy A50s, which was launched in India in September. Ahead of the official launch, the Galaxy A51 was recently spotted in the database of the benchmarking app Geekbench. The most recent report suggested that the company has started manufacturing the Galaxy A51 at its production facility in Greater Noida. As seen in the images, the Samsung Galaxy A51 will come with a 3.5mm headphone socket and a USB Type-C port. The handset will feature a dedicated microSD card slot for further memory expansion. There will also be two other slots for SIM cards. The leaked photos also suggest a possibility of a quad primary camera setup on the smartphone, which will be placed on the top-left corner at the rear. The report also mentions the presence of a waterdrop notch above the screen of the handset. Unfortunately, the source hasn’t revealed anything about the specs of the Samsung Galaxy A51.
