Samsung Galaxy A53 renders reveal quad cameras, punch-hole display and more

Samsung Galaxy A53 is expected to arrive in early 2022. It will be arriving as a successor to the Galaxy A52 5G that debuted earlier this year in different markets including India. Well-ahead of the launch, Digit India has partnered with reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer to share the CAD renders of the Galaxy A53.

The Galaxy A53’s renders show that it has a punch-hole display and a quad-camera setup on the back. The images suggest that the A53 will not offer an overhaul design improvement as compared to the Galaxy A52. Read on to know what to expect from the upcoming smartphone.

The Galaxy A53 CAD renders reveal that its display has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout. The rear camera bump houses four cameras and an LED flash. The arrangement of the cameras is also identical to the Galaxy A52. The thickness of the device is 8.14mm, which increases to 9.73mm at the camera bump.

The right spine of the Galaxy A53 has a volume rocker and a power key. Its bottom edge has a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille. Unlike the Galaxy A52, the A52 lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The rumour mill is yet to spill concrete information on the specs of the Galaxy A53. Early reports have revealed that the Galaxy A53 has a 64-megapixel main camera, and it will come in four colours such as black, white, light blue, and orange.

It is likely that the Galaxy A53 may retain some of the key features that are available on the Galaxy A52 5G / Galaxy A52s 5G. Hence, it is expected to arrive with a 120Hz AMOLED display, 64-megapixel quad cameras, and a large battery with fast charging support. The Galaxy A52 was made available in 4G and 5G versions. It is speculated that the A53 will be available only in a 5G version.
