Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G India launch date have been confirmed. Both devices are scheduled to launch at 12 pm on March 16th, 2023. The microsite for the next-generation A-series phones is now live on Samsung India’s website. Readers can enter details like name, email address, and pin code on the site to stay updated on the arrival of new A-series phones.
The South Korean tech giant will announce the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G on March 15th, 2023, in the global market. However, the microsite available on the Samsung India website suggests that only the A54 5G may launch in India. The A34 5G may arrive at a later date in the country.

The teaser image shown above, which is available on the microsite, is similar to the leaked renders of the Galaxy A54 5G. The landing page confirms that the device will be equipped with 8GB of RAM, Gorilla Glass protection, and an IP67-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis. It will offer photography features like OIS and Nightography. The device will also offer other features like a 5G smart hotspot, Knox security, Samsung Wallet, and 4 generations of OS updates and 5 years of security updates.

The Galaxy A54 will come with a 6.4-inch S-AMOLED display that produces an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The A54 is rumoured to be powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset and 8GB of RAM, with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W rapid charging. The A54 will also come with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. It will feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro camera.
The Galaxy A34 5G is expected to have a large 6.6-inch S-AMOLED display featuring a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the Dimensity 1080 chipset, with options for either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. The phone will also come with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. It is said to have a 13-megapixel front camera and a rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro camera.
Both the Galaxy A34 and A54 will run on the One UI 5.1-based Android 13 operating system and will offer other common features such as an IP67-rated chassis, 5G support, a microSD card slot, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The phones will come in black and purple shades, with the A34 also offered in lime with a gradient finish and the A54 also available in light green and white.

The Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A33 were priced at Rs 34,999 and Rs 28,499, respectively, at launch. Hence, it appears that the Galaxy A54 5G could be priced at around Rs 35,000, whereas the A34 could be priced under Rs 30,000.
