Samsung Galaxy A74 has been reportedly cancelled. There have been reports about a couple of Ax4-series Samsung phones, such as the Galaxy A34, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A24, and Galaxy A14. However, there has been no concrete information on the specifications of the A74.

It is not the first time we have heard of Samsung discontinuing a smartphone line. There have been reports that it has discontinued the Galaxy FE series.

The publication claims that there is no sign that Samsung is developing the Galaxy A74. It is not being tested, and there is no information on its firmware. The absence of the A74 also suggests that the company may have cancelled the Galaxy A7x series. The discontinuation of the A7x-series and the Galaxy FE-lineup suggests that Samsung may be leaving a gap between its A and S smartphone lines.

The Galaxy A54 will likely launch soon, as it has bagged certifications in multiple countries, including India. It is expected to arrive with a 6.4-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, an Exynos 1380 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging. It will feature a 32-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel triple camera unit, and an IP67-rated chassis.

The Galaxy A34 is expected to feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED FHD+ display, an Exynos 1380 chip, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. Both the A54 and the A34 will also feature an under-display fingerprint scanner. Both smartphones are expected to launch in the first quarter of 2023. The Galaxy A24 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED FHD+ 90Hz display, Exynos 7904 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W charging.
