South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched the 32GB storage variant of its smartphones – Galaxy J5 Prime and Galaxy J7 Prime. Both of these phones were first launched in India in September last year with 16GB storage option only. Talking about the new pricing, the new Galaxy J5 Prime carries a price tag of Rs 14,900 whereas the new Galaxy J7 Prime costs 16,900.

To recall, the Galaxy J5 Prime gets a full metal unibody design and sports a 5-inch Super AMOLED HD display. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a quad-core Exynos processor along with 2GB of RAM. As stated earlier, the phone gets 32GB of internal storage further expandable via MicroSD card up to 256GB. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs in a 2,400mAh battery. It flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera.
The Galaxy J7 Prime, on other hand, sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D glass on top of it. It has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and also gets Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. It is powered by an octa-core processor ticking at 1.6GHz accompanied by 3GB of RAM. It also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and gets a front-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated right into the home button.
Both of these phone support Dual SIM and 4G VoLTE. Apart from that, the phones also get connectivity features such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port.
