Reports that appeared last week claimed that Samsung will be soon launching the Galaxy M12 smartphone in India. The microsite of the phone is now live on Samsung India’s website and Amazon India. Both listings confirm that the Galaxy M12 will be announced on March 11th in the country.

The back panel of the phone features a square-shaped camera module housing the 48-megapixel Samsung GM2 sensor as the primary camera.
The Galaxy M12 is powered by an 8nm power-efficient chipset. It is backed by a 6,000mAh battery. The bottom edge of the phone has a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port, and a loudspeaker grille. The handset also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
