Samsung Galaxy M22 has been launched in Germany. It has been listed on the company’s website. The Galaxy M22 is the latest device in the brand’s Galaxy M-lineup and also the successor to last year’s Galaxy M21.

Notably, the Samsung Galaxy M22 seems to be a slightly rebranded version of the Galaxy A22 4G that debuted in India in June this year. The specifications of both devices are quite similar apart from a few tweaks on the Galaxy M22. Let’s take a look at the smartphone below.

The Samsung Galaxy M22 comes with a 6.4-inch sAMOLED display bearing HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits brightness. The back panel features vertical stripes and houses a square camera module. The power button doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. 

On the imaging front, the Galaxy M22 sports quad-rear cameras consisting of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. The device features a 13MP front-facing camera. 

Internally, the Galaxy M22 is powered by an unspecified octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz. It packs 4GB RAM and offers 128GB native storage expandable up to 1TB via microSD card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 25W fast charging. Software-wise, it runs on OneUI based on Android 11. 

Connectivity options on the Galaxy M22 include dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB-C port, and a 3.5mm jack.

Samsung hasn’t revealed the price of the Galaxy M22 in Germany yet. It is offered in Black, Light Blue, and White colours. It’s unknown if the smartphone will make its way to India.
