Samsung had launched the Galaxy M30s in September last year. The smartphone was initially available in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB RAM and storage configurations. Post the permanent price cut in January this year, the former retails at Rs 13,999 while the latter is available for Rs 14,999. Now, the South Korean brand has announced a new variant of the Galaxy M30s. It packs 4GB RAM and offers 128GB onboard storage. The rest of the specifications of the smartphone remain the same as its previous models.

The new 4GB+128GB model of Galaxy M30s is priced at Rs 14,999. It will be available for purchase starting March 14 from Amazon.in, Samsung online store and retail outlets across the country. The smartphone is being offered in Opal Black, Sapphire Blue and Quartz Green colour options.

The Galaxy M30s has a 6.4-inch Infinity-U display bearing an FHD+ resolution. The Super AMOLED display panel is surrounded by thin bezels. The screen supports Widevine L1 certification allowing users to play HD content from Netflix and Prime Video. The back of the smartphone is home to a fingerprint scanner and rectangular camera module at the top left corner. The camera setup comprises of a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP depth shooter. The smartphone features a 16MP selfie camera on the front.
The Galaxy M30s is powered by an Exynos 9611 chipset coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. For additional requirements, the storage is expandable via a microSD card slot. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie-based OneUI on the top. A mammoth 6,000mAh battery with support for 15W charging keeps the Galaxy M30s running. Connectivity options on the device include USB-C port, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS.
