Amazon India has added a dedicated landing page for the Samsung Galaxy M30s, the latest addition to Galaxy-M series. The phone will launch in India on September 18th.

The device is likely to sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch on the top. It has also been speculated to feature 4GB of RAM with 64GB or 128GB of storage. In terms of performance, the Galaxy M30s is likely to feature the Samsung Exynos 9610 octa-core processor. However, it could also come with Exynos 9611 SoC. The Galaxy M30, on the other hand, sports Exynos 7904 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variants.
The triple rear camera setup will feature a 48MP primary sensor, but nothing elese is known about the configuration yet. According to the images listed on Amazon’s page, we can see a vertical triple camera setup on the left with a fingerprint reader placed in the middle of the rear panel. The Galaxy M30 featured a triple camera setup with a 13MP + 5MP + 5MP configuration so, a 48MP primary sensor is definitely an upgrade. Software-wise, the phone would run Android 9 Pie with One UI on top. It will also be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery, which is the USP of the phone.
According to speculations and rumours, the successor to the Galaxy M30 can cost somewhere between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000.
