Samsung is all set to introduce its latest Galaxy M series smartphone called the Galaxy M31 in India on February 25th. Ahead of the launch, the company has already revealed the design and a few specifications of the device. So far, the brand hasn’t yet announced anything regarding the pricing of the Galaxy M31. However, a report by IANS (Indo Asian News Service) claims that the Galaxy M31 will be available in the country at the starting price of Rs 15,999. In addition, the report has also suggested that the phone will be available in two RAM and storage variants in India.
As per the IANS report, the base model of the Samsung Galaxy M31 will be offered with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The higher-end variant will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. Citing unnamed industry sources, the report has claimed that the Galaxy M31 will be available to buy in the country in the first week of March. As announced by the brand earlier, the phone will be made available on Samsung’s online store, Amazon, and major brick and mortar stores across the country.

As revealed by the company earlier, the Samsung Galaxy M31 will be featuring a waterdrop notch above the screen to house the single selfie camera. The device will offer minimal bezels on the sides and top, and a slim chin. At the rear, the handset will be featuring a quad primary camera setup. The main camera will have a 64MP lens, while the other sensors will include an ultra-wide-angle lens, a macro shooter, and a depth-sensing camera. The phone will be featuring a Super AMOLED screen panel and a massive 6,000mAh battery.
As for the other specs, the rumour mill has indicated that the Galaxy M31 will offer a 6.4-inch screen. The phone will be powered by the Exynos 9611 processor, which is based on the 10nm fabrication process. For selfies, the device could offer a 32MP snapper on the front. Lastly, we know that the phone will be featuring a fingerprint sensor on the back.
