Earlier today, Amazon India announced that the Samsung Galaxy M31 mid-range smartphone will be launched in the country on February 25th. The e-tailer also confirmed some details regarding the handset’s specs, like its primary camera sensor, screen type, and battery capacity. A recent leak revealed the display size, processor, and RAM and storage variants. Now Pricebaba brings you exclusive information regarding the remaining specifications of the device, such as the selfie camera, details of the three other rear cameras, and additional information on the RAM and storage variants of the Galaxy M31. We have learned that the Samsung Galaxy M31 will feature a 32MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. The phone will come in two RAM and storage variants – one with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and the other with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. An earlier report by 91mobiles suggested that there will also be a model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, but this variant was not mentioned by our source.
As for the rear cameras, we already knew that the Galaxy M31’s main sensor in the quad-camera setup will be a 64MP one. Now, we have learned details of the other three sensors of the handset. As per the information, the 64MP f/1.8 camera will be paired with an 8MP secondary snapper bearing a resolution of f/2.2. The remaining cameras include two 5MP sensors, one with f/2.2 aperture and the other with f/2.4 aperture.
The source also mentioned that the Galaxy M31 will support 15W fast charging and ship with a USB Type-C fast charger in the box. As for the remaining specs, the phone will feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED full HD+ Infinity-U display, Exynos 9611 processor, a 6,000mAh battery, 3.5mm headphone jack and One UI 2.0.
As of now, there’s no word regarding the pricing of the Galaxy M31. However, it is speculated to be priced around Rs 15,000. We will have official details in a couple of weeks, so stay tuned.
