Samsung is gearing up to launch the 10th generation smartphone of its Note lineup. While the launch event will be held in NYC on August 7th, viewers in India can catch the live stream on 8th August at 1:30 AM IST. Now ahead of the launch event, the upcoming flagship is up for pre-registration on Samsung India’s official website. It is also listed on shopping portals Amazon and Flipkart. However, Samsung hasn’t officially announced the launch date, pre-booking offers nor is it taking pre-orders online.
The Galaxy Note 10 series is expected to come in two editions – standard and Pro. We have come to know most of the specifications and features of the upcoming flagship through leaks and rumours. The Note 10+ is expected to sport a slightly bigger screen measuring 6.8-inches compared to 6.3-inches on the standard variant. Both the Galaxy Note 10 editions will come with Dynamic OLED Infinity-O displays. The devices feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a punch-hole camera located at the top centre.
The Galaxy Note 10+ is rumoured to sport a quad-camera setup while the Note 10 could come with a triple camera module. Under the hood, the Note 10 series is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 855+ chipset in some regions. In other regions, the devices will be powered by the Exynos 9825 processor. The smartphone may come in various variants w.r.t RAM and storage going up to 12GB and 1TB respectively. The Galaxy Note 10 series will ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack and may come with USB-C earphones. It will also feature the latest S-Pen stylus.
