Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, Note 10 Lite reportedly launching in India on January 25th; Galaxy S10 Lite price leaked

Last week, Samsung took the curtains off its latest Galaxy S and Note series smartphones called the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Soon after the launch, the company enabled the “Notify me” button on its website in India for both the phones, which hinted at their imminent launch in the country. While the brand hasn’t yet officially announced the launch date of the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite in India, a gadget tipster has leaked it. In addition, a report by the Indo Asian News Service has suggested what price point the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone will be available in the country.

The popular leakster Ishaan Agarwal suggests that the new Samsung phones could be launched in the country at an event on January 25th. Apart from suggesting the India launch date of the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite, the tipster has claimed that the sales of the new phones will begin in early February. As per the source, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be sold via both the online and offline stores, while the Galaxy S10 Lite will be an online exclusive smartphone.

As of now, there’s no word regarding Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite’s price in India

As for the pricing, the report by IANS suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will be priced in India somewhere between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000. Just like Ishaan Agarwal, IANS also indicates that the phone will go on sale in the first week of February. The source suggests that the handset will be sold online via Flipkart, which will have some launch offers that will bring pricing of the device closer to Rs 40,000. The report also mentions that the Galaxy S10 Lite will provide a renewed push to Samsung’s strategy in the premium segment (priced above Rs 30,000).

As of now, there’s no word regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite’s price in India. In European markets, the device is priced at approximately Rs 48,000. We will have official details in a matter of weeks, so stay tuned.
