Samsung is set to launch its Galaxy S20 series smartphones at an event on February 11th. Ahead of the launch, the upcoming Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra have been leaked numerous times. Recently, the Galaxy S20+’s hands-on video was leaked, apart from the camera configuration of the trio. Now, the complete specifications of the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra’s have surfaced. The spec sheet of these devices has been leaked by the popular gadget tipster Ishaan Agarwal in collaboration with MySmartPrice. The specs sheet suggests that all three Galaxy S20 series handsets will also come with support for the next-gen 5G networks.
Samsung Galaxy S20 series specifications and features
As per the spec sheet, the Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra will share a handful of features. They will all come with Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED screen panels with a massive screen refresh rate of 120Hz and WQHD+ resolution. They will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 990 processor, which is based on the 7nm fabrication process. The Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 will have 128GB of native storage with support for 1TB microSD cards, while the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have 128GB and 512GB memory variants. The new phones will be equipped with IP68 water resistance rating, Dolby Atmos speakers, and Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on top.
Talking about the individual specs, the Samsung Galaxy S20 will have a 6.2-inch screen, while the Plus model will have a 6.7-inch display. As for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, it will be flaunting the largest 6.9-inch screen. In the camera department, the Galaxy S20 and S20+ will have a 12MP main wide-angle shooter on the back. It will be accompanied by a 64MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, 3x Optical Zoom, upto 30x digital zoom, and 8K 30fps video recording. For selfies, they will have a 10MP camera up front with 4K 60fps recording support.
As for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the phone will flaunt a 108MP primary camera on the back. The other sensors will include a 48MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a ToF lens. The handset will provide 10x Optical Zoom, upto 100x digital zoom, and upto 8K video recording at 30fps. Talking about the battery, the Galaxy S20 will have a 4,000mAh battery, while the Galaxy S20+ and S20 Ultra will have 4,500mAh and 5,000mAh power cells respectively.
Samsung Galaxy S20 series pricing and availability
As of now, there’s no word regarding the pricing of the Galaxy S20 trio, but official details are only a few weeks away. Apart from the new Galaxy S series models, the company will also introduce the Galaxy Z Flip foldable phone at the February 11th event.
