Samsung is set to unveil its next S-series flagship at an Unpacked event on February 11th. Recently at CES, the South Korean brand confirmed that the upcoming device will arrive as the S20 (instead of S11) to mark the beginning of a new decade. The S20 lineup will consist of standard, Plus and Ultra variants. The specifications of the devices have started to leak, with the latest being the top-end model, the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The new information comes from Max Weinbach of XDA Developers revealing that the Galaxy S20 will arrive with powerful specifications.
The S20 Ultra 5G is going to keep the SD Card slot. Support for up to 1TB.
It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.

Beginning with the internals, the report claims that the Galaxy S20 Ultra will pack a whopping 16GB RAM, while the base model will come with 12GB RAM. Both the variants can be availed in different storage configurations of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Additionally, the storage will be expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. The Galaxy S20 Ultra will be powered by a Snapdragon 865 chipset with an integrated 5G modem for 5G connectivity. The smartphone is rumoured to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. It is touted to charge from zero to 100 percent in 74 minutes.
Furthermore, the tipster also reveals details on the camera of Galaxy S20 Ultra. The camera on the smartphone was reportedly codenamed ‘Hubble’ (named after the space telescope). The Galaxy S20 might arrive with four rear cameras comprising of a staggering 108MP primary sensor, accompanied by a 48MP secondary camera with 10x optical zoom capabilities. A 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and fourth ToF sensor will complete the quad-camera setup. The upcoming smartphone is also expected to offer 8K video recording capabilities.
Other rumoured specifications of the Galaxy S20 Ultra include a 6.9-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, in-display fingerprint scanner and 5G connectivity.
