- Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G has received NBTC certification
- The certification suggests that it will be released in Thailand
- It also indicates that Samsung may launch S21 FE in multiple markets
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G has received approval from Thailand’s NBTC authority. The Galaxy S21 FE is expected to debut as the most affordable S21 series smartphone. It will be arriving as the successor to last year’s Galaxy S20 FE 5G.
Rumors surrounding the S21 FE have revealed that it will be inheriting some of the best features from the S21 lineup. Hence, it is expected to arrive with a 120Hz OLED screen, Snapdragon 888 / Exynos 2100 chipset, 12-megapixel triple cameras, and a big battery. Samsung is expected to announce it in early January.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G likely to release in multiple markets
According to DDaily, a South Korean publication, Samsung has confirmed that it will be showcasing the Galaxy S21 FE at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022 in Las Vegas, which will be held between January 5th to 8th. The report claims that it will go on sale in Europe by mid-January. The NBTC certification is a good hint that the smartphone could be heading to Thailand as well as other markets outside Europe.
Back in April, the battery of the Galaxy S21 FE was approved by India’s BIS authority. Hence, it is very likely that the company will release the Galaxy S21 FE in India.
