Samsung Galaxy S22 got cheaper in India: Here’s how much it costs now

Samsung launched its Galaxy S23 smartphone series earlier this week. Following the launch of its latest flagship smartphones, Samsung has reduced the price of last year’s Galaxy S22. Samsung Galaxy S22 is now available for under Rs 53,000.

There have been several price reductions for the smartphone in the past. It is the third time the smartphone has experienced a price cut. As of last week, Samsung Galaxy S22 was available for Rs 57,999 after receiving its second price cut of Rs 5,000. A further price cut of Rs 5,000 has been announced for the premium smartphone. In the third price cut, the 128GB version is now available for Rs 53,999, while the 256GB version is now available for Rs 57,999.

Additionally, Samsung Galaxy S22 buyers can take advantage of some offers. On the Samsung shop app, customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S22 will receive a discount of Rs 2,000. As an added bonus, they will also receive 100GB of free OneDrive storage.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S22 features a 6.1-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. In addition to 8GB of RAM, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. There are two storage options for the Samsung Galaxy S22 — 128GB and 256GB. A layer of One UI is applied on top of Android 12 to create the company’s custom operating system.

This device features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 10MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. A 10MP selfie camera is located on the front.
