Samsung Galaxy S23 FE launch timeframe has been tipped. According to a new report by Sammobile, it will debut in the third quarter of 2023. However, the caveat is that it will initially be available in select markets during that quarter. The affordable flagship is expected to be released in wider markets in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.

The other thing that the report has revealed is that the Galaxy S23 FE released in all markets, including the US, will feature the Exynos 2200 chip onboard. For those who don’t know, the Exynos 2200 is Samsung’s first chip to come equipped with an AMD GPU. The S22 lineup, which was released in Europe, featured the said chipset. The Galaxy S23 FE’s rear-facing triple camera unit will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support. To recall, the South Korean tech giant offered a 12-megapixel primary camera on the Galaxy S21 FE and the Galaxy S20 FE.

The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to arrive in 128GB and 256GB storage editions. These variants may come with 6GB and 8GB of RAM, respectively. It will pack a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

It is likely that the S23 FE will feature an AMOLED panel that offers Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to run on the One UI 5.1.1-based Android 13 OS and come equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner.

In related news, Samsung will hold its next major launch event in the last week of July in Seoul, South Korea. It will see the arrival of multiple products, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Galaxy Z Flip 5, the Galaxy Watch 6 series, the Galaxy Tab S9 lineup, and the Galaxy Buds 3. As per a tweet by tipster Yogesh Brar, Samsung will announce a mid-ranger named the Galaxy M34, priced around Rs 20,000, before announcing the Galaxy Z foldables.
