Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus CAD renders have been leaked. Rumours are rife that the S23 lineup will debut in Q1 2023. The Galaxy S23 Ultra will also be part of the lineup, along with the standard model and the Plus model.

Reports have claimed that the Galaxy S23 series will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. As of this writing, it is unclear whether the company has plans to release the Exynos 2300 chipset variant of the S23 trio in select markets. As far as the design is concerned, the CAD renders of the Galaxy S23 and S23+ show that their rear designs are inspired by the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Here is a look at the first renders of the S23 duo.

Starting from the front, the Galaxy S23 can be seen sporting a flat AMOLED panel with a centrally positioned punch-hole. The leak claims that the device is fitted with a 6.1-inch display. The Galaxy S23+ looks identical to the S23 from the front. In fact, it is likely to be a bigger version of the S23 featuring a 6.6-inch AMOLED display.

Both phones seem to feature an under-display fingerprint scanner. The right edge of the device has a volume rocker and a power button. On the bottom, both smartphones feature a speaker grille, a pair of microphones, a USB-C port, and a SIM card slot.

The major change in the design on the back panel of the Galaxy S23 and S23+. Both phones do not feature a camera island, which was seen on the Galaxy S22 and S22+. Both devices have three rear-facing cameras, each having its own round protuberance.

The Galaxy S23 and S23+ measure 146 x 70.6 x 7.6mm and 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6mm, respectively. In comparison, the S22 and S22+ measure 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6mm and 157.4 x 75.8 x 7.6mm, respectively. The S23 and S23+ will be a little bit taller and wider than their predecessors, as shown by their sizes.

The rumour mill is yet to leak detailed information on the specifications of the Galaxy S23 and S23+. However, it is being said that the S23 duo will borrow features like a 6.1-inch / 6.6-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, 50-megapixel triple cameras, and a 3,600mAh / 4,500mAh battery from the Galaxy S22 and S22+ smartphones. The 3C certification of both models has revealed that they will carry support for 25W fast charging.
