Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s key specifications have surfaced through its TENAA certification in China. Last month, the device appeared with its SM-S9180 model number in the database of the 3C certification platform. The listing revealed that it may arrive with support for 45W rapid charging.
A month later, the same device has bagged approval from the TENAA authority, through which all its major specifications have been revealed. Unfortunately, the listing does not mention the camera configurations accurately. Here is all the information that has surfaced through the TENAA certification of the S23 Ultra.

The TENAA listing reveals that the Galaxy S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm and weighs around 233 grams. It houses a 6.8-inch AMOLED display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. It features an under-display fingerprint scanner for security.
While the images of the phone have not appeared on TENAA, its CAD renders that have surfaced in the past have revealed that it will feature a punch-hole display with curved edges. However, the display curvature is said to be less prominent as compared to the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is powered by an octa-core processor, which clocks at 3.36GHz. As rumours have claimed, it seems to feature a customized version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The TENAA listing further states that the S23 Ultra has 8GB / 12GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB, and 1TB of storage. The device is backed a 5,000mAh battery (4,885mAh rated value), which is expected to support 45W fast charging.
According to rumors, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will retain the 40-megapixel front camera that was available on the predecessor.The rear shell of the device is likely to feature a 200-megapixel (main, with OIS), 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 10-megapixel (telephoto, with OIS) + 10-megapixel (periscope, with OIS) quad-camera unit. The flagship phone is expected to arrive with other features like S Pen support, an IP68-rated chassis, Android 13 OS with One UI 5.0 on top, and satellite connectivity.
Rumours are rife that the Galaxy S23 series will debut in the first week of February 2023. However, at present, there is no word on its price.
