Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab A7 tablet earlier this month as a budget-offering with a large display and big battery. At the time of the launch, the South Korean brand didn’t reveal the pricing and availability of the tablet. Now, the brand has launched the latest affordable tablet in India.

Samsung is marketing the tablet as a multimedia device with an immersive display and stereo sound. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 features a large 10.4-inch display with quad speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos as its headlining features. Here’s everything we know about the latest launch.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 is equipped with a 10.4-inch TFT display. The screen offers a 2,000 x 1,200 pixels resolution and has a screen-to-body ratio of 80 percent. The tablet is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. Samsung is offering the Galaxy Tab A7 in a single configuration with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The onboard storage can be expanded up to 1TB.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy Tab A7 features a single 8-megapixel shooter on the rear panel and a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. Powering the tablet is a massive 7,040mAh battery and Samsung states that the tablet comes with an adaptive fast charging feature.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 price in India
Samsung is offering the Galaxy Tab A7 in India in Dark Gray, Silver and Gold colour options. It’s being offered in Wi-Fi-only and LTE models, which are priced at Rs 17,999 and Rs 21,999, respectively. The tablet will be available on Samsung.com, select retail stores and leading online portals starting today. Samsung is also offering the official keyboard cover worth Rs 4,499 for Rs 1,875 and up to Rs 2,000 cashback on ICICI cards to pre-booking customers.
