Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 just got the WiFi and Bluetooth certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA) and the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) respectively. The Korean company is expected to launch this tablet in the first quarter of 2017.
The listing didn’t reveal any specs of the device but according to the WiFi certification, the tablet will come in an LTE version. Hence, it will support the 4G network. The tablet is listed on WiFi Alliance with a model number of SM-T825 and it was certified on 6th of January. Similar to WiFi certification, the Bluetooth listing also revealed the mode of the phone to be SM-T825.
Earlier in September, the Galaxy Tab S3 was also spotted on an Indian import-export website Zauba with the same model number – SM-T825. The Zauba listing revealed the import price of the device to be Rs 34,138. According to the rumours, Samsung will launch two variants of Galaxy Tab S3, one with WiFi + LTE and another one with WiFi only.
Its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 was launched in the year 2015 with a price tag of Rs 39,400. The Tab S2 sports a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. It comes with 4G connectivity, WiFi (a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi Direct, 32GB inbuilt memory and expandable storage of up to 128GB.
