Even though the launch is still months away, speculations about the upcoming foldable phones have already started circulating. The latest leak suggests that it reveals the display features of the forthcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5.

The latest leak has revealed that the South Korean tech giant is working on some major upgrades to the display of the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The foldable smartphone is tipped to offer dual cover displays placed at the rear panel. According to a leak by tipster SuperRoader, the foldable phone is expected to have two cover screens, as revealed by a report from GizmoChina. The tipster even shared a concept render based on the leaked information.
The leaked renders claim that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will arrive with two cover displays. The device will feature a small display beside the dial camera modules, and the rest of the rear panel has a second cover display. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 is rumoured to have a larger cover display compared to the OPPO Find N2 Flip. The report specifies that the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s cover display would measure 3.4 inches, indicating a significant increase in size.
The smaller display that sits beside the rear camera module is said to be 1.9 inches. If the leaked information turns out to be accurate, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 could receive the most significant improvement in the cover display since the initial release of Samsung’s first clamshell foldable smartphone. Furthermore, the renders also suggest that the device will boast flat edges with rounded corners.
Rumours suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout for the front camera located at the top centre.
