If reports are to be believed, Samsung will be introducing its second foldable smartphone at the Galaxy S20 series launch event on February 11th. The rumour mill suggests that the phone could be dubbed either the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip or Galaxy Bloom. Ahead of the launch, a handful of images of the smartphone have been leaked on the interwebs. Most recently, a report suggested that the Galaxy Z Flip will cost around Rs 1 lakh. Now, a handful of key specifications of the smartphone have been leaked. The specs of the device were posted on Twitter by the popular gadget tipster Ishan Agarwal.
More confirmations on Galaxy Z Flip: 6.7inch Dynamic AMOLED Displya, 12MP Main Camera (not 108MP, obviously). 10MP Front Camera and 256GB Storage as told earlier. One UI 2.1, 3300mAH or 3500mAH Battery (some confusion regarding that). Black and Purple colours. https://t.co/U4GA46Qj1r

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip specifications and features
According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip main display will measure 6.7-inches in size. The display will utilise a Dynamic AMOLED screen panel. While the earlier reports suggested that the smartphone will have a 108MP primary camera sensor at the rear, the tipster suggests that it will only have a 12MP main sensor. If the information is correct, the phone may not be able to record 8K videos and may only offer 4K recording support.
Furthermore, the source suggests that the handset will come with a 10MP camera on the front. The device will have 256GB of storage, One UI 2.0, and a 3,300mAh or a 3,500mAh battery. Lastly, the tipster claims that the next foldable phone from Samsung will be available in Black and Purple colour variants.
As per the earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor. As for the design, while the Galaxy Fold’s screen folds horizontally, its successor will fold vertically. At the rear, the handset will have dual primary cameras. In the folded mode, you will find a small screen on the outside that will show notifications, messages, and more.
No other details about the smartphone are available at the moment. We will have official info in a couple of weeks, so stay tuned.
