The global release will happen some time in Q2, 2018.

Samsung Notebook 3

The Notebook 3 comes in three variants of display sizes and resolution: 14-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels), 15.6-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) and 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels). It also has separate variants w.r.t. processors as you can choose between 7th or 8th generation Intel chipsets. As for the GPU, one variant comes with an integrated processor and another one has Nvidia’s GeForce MX110.

The laptops come with an SSD + HDD combination and has a battery capacity of 43Wh. There’s DDR4 RAM fitted in the laptop but Samsung hasn’t mentioned its capacity.

There are four colour variants of the laptop: Misty Gray, Night Charcoal, Deep Peach and Pure White.

Samsung Notebook 5

The Notebook 5 is fitted with a large 15.6-inch Full HD display bearing a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is an anti-glare display and has an aspect ratio of 16:9. So, if you’re working under direct artificial lights or sunlight, the display will still ensure that you can see the screen’s content without reflections.

When it comes to performance, you get a choice of 7th generation dual-core and 8th quad-core processors by Intel. There’s a 2GB Nvidia GeForce MX150 graphic card for smooth rendering of games and graphic intensive software. For storage, you get a combination of SSD + HDD. The laptop has a battery capacity of 43Wh which will probably last around 4-5 hours.

It is available in only a single colour, Light Titan with a premium ‘zero screw’ finish usually seen on Samsung laptops.

Both the laptops run on Windows 10 Home out of the box.
