Samsung’s Foldable Smartphones Galaxy X1 And X1 Plus Leaked

Everybody knows that Samsung is working on a foldable smartphone for a long time now and will be launched under the name Galaxy X series. And here comes a leak claiming the company is working on two different models of foldable phones dubbed as Galaxy X1 and Galaxy X1 Plus.

According to a post on Chinese social networking website, Weibo these devices bear the model name as SM-X9000 and SM-X9050 and both of these phones run on Android 6.0.1 MarshmallowThese devices are rumoured to come with a 4K display and also said to feature various biometric forms including fingers, face, and palm.As far as the current report’s claims, the Samsung’s foldable smartphone is internally code-named as Project Valley.

If it turns out to be true, the era of foldable phones will come again, but this time with only one huge bendable screen. Samsung has already registered for numerous patents regarding the foldable display. According to a patent application uncovered in November last year, these renders and sketch were made public. And what do you know, they all depict a foldable smartphone.

In the images, you can see a Samsung smartphone which looks like a usual handset but with a foldable display. It can be folded right in the middle of the screen. Earlier, another patent also surfaced online, showing a brand new design concept for a foldable handset, with bendable displays and a detachable camera module.
