Swipe Elite Max With 4GB RAM Launched in India For Rs 10,999

Indian cell phone company Swipe has launched a new affordable 4G smartphone dubbed Swipe Elite Max. Earlier this week, the company had also introduced an entry-level Swipe Elite Star which is priced at Rs 3,333.


Swipe Elite Max has a 5.5-inch IPS display sporting 1920 x 1080 pixel Full HD resolution and 401 PPI pixel density. What powers this new Swipe phone is a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor and 4GB RAM. It embraces 32GB internal memory which supports further storage expansion up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card support.

As far as camera offerings ins concerned, Swipe Elite Max features a 13-megapixel with LED flash and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). It also carries an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie lovers. It has a stereo speaker which is can produce studio-level audio, according to the company.

This phone comes with two SIM options with both the slots supporting 4G network. In terms of design, the device flaunts glass body with zinc-aluminium alloy bezel. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and packs in a 3000mAh battery.

Swipe, in a statement, has said that this phone will be ideal for the mobile-centric audience, especially youth which is looking for affordable options.

“Elite Max lets the user reach new levels of performance for video, photography and gaming.”

In terms of connectivity, the Swipe Elite Max comes with the standard set of options like 4G LTE, WI-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack. The Swipe Elite Max is priced competitively at Rs 10,999 and will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart starting tomorrow (December 16th).
