Tecno Camon 17 Pro has appeared on the Google Play Console listing. It reveals key specifications of the smartphone and gives us a look at the upcoming offering.
The Tecno Camon 17 Pro will arrive as the successor to last year’s Tecno Camon 16 Pro which unfortunately didn’t debut in India. The Tecno Camon 17 Pro is listed with a model number TECNO-CG8. We can expect the smartphone to launch in the coming weeks.
Tecno Camon 17 Pro spotted on Google Play Console listing
As per the Play Console listing, the Tecno Camon 17 Pro is seen with a centre-aligned punch-hole display. The volume rocker and power buttons are located on the right side of the device. The smartphone will feature an FHD+ display bearing a resolution of 1,080 x 2,460 pixels. It will offer a pixel density of 480 ppi.
As for the core specifications, the Play Console listing reveals a MediaTek MT6785 processor which corresponds to the Helio G90. It is paired with ARM Mali G76 GPU. The smartphone will pack 8GB RAM onboard. As per the listing, the Tecno Camon 17 Pro will ship with Android 11 out of the box.
Tecno Camon 17 Pro spotted on FCC
The Tecno Camon 17 Pro has been spotted on the US certification site FCC as well. The listing reveals that the smartphone will feature a 5,000mAh (typical) and 4,900mAh (rated) battery with support for 33W fast charging.
In other news, the standard Tecno Camon 17 has surfaced in Kenya. The smartphone is said to be powered by Helio G85 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will reportedly feature a triple camera setup of a 48MP main sensor, 16MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP unit.
