Tecno Camon 19 and Camon 19 Neo will be launched soon in India. The Neo model’s microsite is now live on Amazon India. One of the key features of the device is that it will come equipped with a 48-megapixel primary camera. The Camon 19 Neo will be accompanied by another Camon 19 model.

Tecno India has teased the other Camon 19 model, which features a 64-megapixel camera, on its website. The Hong Kong-based firm has already launched the Camon 19 series in Africa. The Camon 19 and Camon 19 Pro are both equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera. It appears that the vanilla Camon 19 will debut alongside the Camon 19 Neo.

Tecno Camon 19 Neo has a 32MP front camera with LED flash
The Amazon page of the Camon 19 Neo reveals that it is equipped with a 6.8-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole design. It is fitted with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, which will be accompanied by a soft-LED flash. Its back panel has a 48-megapixel main camera, which is coupled with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an AI lens.
While it is not mentioned on the Amazon page, it is already known that the Camon 19 Neo is powered by the Helio G85 chipset. The Indian model will ship with 6GB of RAM and up to 5GB of virtual RAM. It will also carry support for NFC connectivity.
The African launch of the device has revealed that the Camon 19 Neo is equipped with other features such as Android 12 OS with HiOS 8.6, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. As can be seen in the above image, the Camon 19 Neo will sport an attractive design, which has been awarded the iF Design Award. The Camon 19 Neo will arrive in India in three colours: Ice Mirror (blue), Eco Black, and Dreamland Green.

The specifications of the Camon 19 are no secret since it has already been launched in Africa. It offers a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, the Helio G85 chipset, 4GB / 6GB of RAM, 128GB of built-in storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.The Camon 19 boots to the Android 12 OS with HiOS 8.5 on top. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a 64-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) + AI lens triple camera unit.

The Tecno Camon 18 was priced at Rs 14,999 at launch. Hence, it appears that its successor may arrive at a similar price. As far as the Camon 19 Neo is concerned, it is likely to be positioned under the Camon 19, which indicates that it may cost around Rs 13,000 in India.
The Camon 19 family also includes two other models: the Camon 19 Pro and the Camon 19 Pro 5G. It appears that these devices will arrive at a later date.
