Tecno POP 5 LTE with 5,000mAh battery to launch in India soon

Tecno POP 5 LTE is confirmed to launch in India soon. It will be the first device in the brand’s POP lineup to debut in the country. Notably, the smartphone was launched in Pakistan and the Philippines in November last year.

Ahead of the Tecno POP 5 LTE launch, the brand has teased a few key specifications of the device on its Twitter handle. Additionally, Amazon has also put up a dedicated microsite of the smartphone confirming its availability on the e-commerce platform. 

As per the teasers, the Tecno POP 5 LTE will feature a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch and a slightly thicker bottom chin. The device has a dual-tone back panel with a rectangular camera module. It is IPX2 splash resistant. The teasers reveal that the smartphone will be available in a Sky Blue colour option. 

The Tecno POP 5 LTE is confirmed to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery unit. It will come with an 8MP AI Dual rear camera setup. Apart from this, there is no additional information on the Tecno POP 5 LTE. 

Tecno POP 5 LTE specifications and features

In Pakistan, the Tecno POP 5 LTE is equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner that is missing on the Indian variant. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ 60Hz display and a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper. On the back, the device features an 8MP and 0.3MP dual camera.

The Tecno POP 5 LTE is powered by a UNISOC SC9863 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with support for a microSD card slot. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit.
