Tecno Pova 4 India launch has been tipped. According to a report by MySmartPrice, Tecno will announce the Pova 4 in the first half of 2022. To recall, the company unveiled the Pova 4 and Pova 4 Pro in Bangladesh in October of this year. The publication claims that the Pova 4 variant, which is already available in Bangladesh, will be made available.

However, it is unclear whether the company will also be launching the Pova 4 Pro alongside the vanilla model. The Pova 4 will arrive as the successor to the Pova 3, which debuted in June this year.

The Tecno Pova 4 features a 6.82-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole design. The screen offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device will come preinstalled with the HiOS-based Android 13 OS.

The Pova 4 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. It has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone offers up to 5GB of extended RAM. For additional storage, the device features a microSD card slot. It packs a 6,000mAh battery, which supports 18W charging.

On the front, the Pova 4 has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with LED flash. Its back panel has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth assist lens, and an LED flash unit. For security, it offers features as a side-facing fingerprint scanner and face unlock.

In comparison, the Pova 4 Pro features a 6.6-inch AMOLED FHD+ 90Hz display and supports 45W fast charging. The rest of its specs are identical to the standard model.

Tecno Pova 4 price in India (expected)

In Bangladesh, the Tecno Pova 4 is priced at BDT 21,990 (~Rs 17,250). The Pova 3 was made available for Rs 11,499 in India. Hence, it is likely that the successor model may carry a similar price in the country. It is likely to come in shades like Cryolite Blue and Uranolith Grey.
