An upcoming Tecno Pova series is in the works for the Indian market, reveals tipster Ishan Agarwal. The leaker has shared a leaked video clip of the device to give a glimpse of the mysterious device. As can be seen, the device features a unique LED notification unit around the rear cameras of the phone.

Unfortunately, the tipster did not mention the specific name of the device. Therefore, it remains unclear whether the device in question is the Tecno Pova Neo 3, which the brand has been teasing on its global Twitter handle, or the recently debuted Pova 5 in the global market. We will need to await further confirmation from the tipster or the brand regarding more details about the mysterious Pova device. In the meantime, let’s take a look at the specifications of the Tecno Pova Neo 3 and the Pova 5.

The Tecno Pova Neo 3 is confirmed to feature a 6.82-inch LCD HD+ display with support for a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will feature the Helio G85 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of storage. It will house a 7,000mAh battery with fast charging support and run on HiOS 13-based Android 13.

The Pova Neo 3 will arrive with a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. I will come with other features like DTS-tuned speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It will be available in three shades, such as Mecha Black, Hurricane Blue, and Amber Gold.

The Tecno Pova 5 has a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display that offers Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the Helio G99 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and a 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W charging. It also comes preloaded with Android 13 and HiOS 13.

For photography, it has a 50-megapixel main camera, a depth sensor, and an LED flash unit on the back. For selfies, it is fitted with an 8-megapixel front camera. The Pova 5 is equipped with other features, such as a large heat dissipation unit, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, dual speakers with DTS Surround support, and a z-axis linear motor. It also comes in the same colours as the Pova Neo 3. While the company has already this phone, it is yet to confirm its price and availability.

Since none of the above phones have the LED notification setup as shown by the tipster, it appears that the leaked device could be the Tecno Pova 5 Pro.
