Tecno Spark 6 with Helio G70 and 5,000mAh battery launched: price, specifications

Tecno, a brand known for selling value for money phones recently unveiled the Tecno Spark 6 Air in India with a price tag of Rs 7,999. Today, the brand announced the Tecno Spark 6 in Pakistan. It has arrived as the successor to the Tecno Spark 5 that debuted in May this year.

The Tecno Spark 6 sports a massive display with a punch-hole design. The rear side of the phone features a trendy circular camera module. It is powered by a gaming-focused Helio G70 processor and is backed by a large-sized battery.

The Tecno Spark 6 is equipped with a 6.8-inch LCD panel that offers HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,640 pixels and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is equipped with an front-facing 8-megapixel camera

The rear cameras comprises a 16-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, an AI lens, and a quad-LED flash unit. The Spark 6 cameras offers features like AI scene recognition, AI beauty, Google Lens, 2K video recording, 240ps slow-motion video shooting, and more. Below the quad-camera system is a traditional fingerprint scanner.

The Helio G70 chipset and 4GB of RAM is present under the hood of the Tecno Spark 6. It comes with 64GB of built-in storage and a microSD card slot. It draws power from a 5,000mAh battery that promises 29 days of standby time, 26 hours of voice, and 25 hours of video playback. The big battery is coupled with 18W fast charging technology.

The Tecno Spark 6 runs HiOS 7.0 based on Android 10. The phone also offers a Bluetooth Audio Share function that enables users to pair up to three Bluetooth devices at the same time.

The Tecno Spark 6 is priced at PKR 20,599 (~Rs 9,100) in Pakistan. It is available in Ocean Blue, Comet Black, Dynamic Orange, and Misty Violet colour variants. There is no word on an India launch date at present.
