Veeran (2023) OTT Release Rights: Where and When to Stream the Film Digitally

The Tamil film Veeran is now streaming on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, post its theatrical run. It was scheduled to premiere digitally on Friday, June 30, 2023. It is available in Tamil original, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada audio formats with English subtitles.

Saregama Tamil shared the official trailer of Veeran on YouTube on May 20, 2023. So far, it has received over 9.7 million views and 172K likes. Star Vijay has acquired its satellite rights. Sakthi Film Factory is the film’s distribution partner. Night ED Films secured the film’s distribution rights for France, and Kurinchi Creations and Kollywood Entertainment bagged the rights for Sri Lanka. On a general basis, it received a positive response from critics.

ARK Saravan is the writer and director, and T. G. Thyagarajan, Senthil Thyagarajan, and Arjun Thyagarajan are the producers of Veeran. Deepak D. Menon is the cinematographer, and Prasanna G.K. is the editor. Hip-hop artist Tamizha composed the film’s music. It is made under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films.

Veeran  (2023) Storyline

15-year-old Kumaran (Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi), a resident of Veeranor, is struck by lightning and experiences a brief coma. After he has recovered, he eventually comes to understand that he possesses lightning and mind-controlling supernatural abilities. With his powers and help of demi-God VEERAN, he handles the villain and avoids the electric blast.
