Vi (formerly Vodafone Idea) is now extending double data to three additional prepaid plans – Rs 249, Rs 399, and Rs 599. The telco previously offered Double Data benefits on six of its prepaid packs including the aforementioned three plans and Rs 299, Rs 449, and Rs 699 plans. Later, the double data benefit was limited only to Rs 299, Rs 449, and Rs 699 plans offering 2GB data per day.

The Vi Rs 249, Rs 399, and Rs 599 prepaid plans offer 1.5GB data per day. Now, the telco has brought back the double data benefit for these plans and is offering 3GB data per day. However, the offer is currently limited only to a select few users and in select circles, as per a report by Telecom Talk. Here are all details of these plans and the double data benefit.

As mentioned before Vi Rs 249, Rs 399, and Rs 599 prepaid plans offer 1,5GB data per day usually. However, the telco is now offering 3GB data per day with these plans to select users. The Rs 249 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 28 days. The Rs 399 and Rs 599 Vi prepaid plans come with 56 days and 84 days validity, respectively.
Apart from the data benefits, these plans offer unlimited voice calls to any network within India without any FUP limit. Users are also entitled to 100 SMSes per day and Vi Movies & TV subscription. There are no other benefits with these plans apart from these.
The Rs 299, Rs 449 and Rs 699 plans also offer the same benefits to its users. However, the double data benefit with these plans of 4GB daily data is available for all.
