Vivo seems to be working on yet another budget gaming phone. The Vivo iQOO Neo is expected to be launched on July 2nd in Chengdu, Sichuan. Now, thanks to leaked press renders, we finally get an early look at the iQOO Neo.
The Vivo iQOO Neo is expected to come with a water-drop notch 6.4-inch display. The bezels are very thin and on the front, the device features a small chin as well. Furthermore, the press renders also reveal that the iQOO will come with three physical buttons, one on the left pane while the volume rocker buttons are placed on the right.
The back panel is fitted with a vertically arranged triple rear camera and an LED flash. The absence of a fingerprint sensor inadvertently points to an in display fingerprint sensor. The phone will come in two colours, black and purple, with the former featuring a Kevlar pattern.
Meanwhile, Vivo has confirmed that the iQOO Neo will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and mated to 6GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 128GB of internal storage. Backing the device is a mammoth 4420mAh battery.
In related news, the iQOO Neo is expected to come with zero-lag touch acceleration. With this in place, the controller in a game will keep up with your finger’s speed. Needless to say, Vivo is working on optimising the phone for the enhanced gaming experience. The company is said to have improved the algorithm associated with the framework. Furthermore, the device is expected to prioritise the use of hardware prowess in order to offer a superlative gaming experience.
At this moment we don’t have any inkling on the cooling system on the device. However, we don’t need to wait for long as the Vivo iQOO Neo is expected to launch next Tuesday. Vivo has launched the Vivo iQOO early this year and the Neo is an iterative upgrade for the same.
