Vivo launched the Vivo S1 Pro smartphone in India in January 2020. The smartphone has now received a price cut, effectively bringing the prices down to Rs 18,990, from the original pricing of Rs 19,990. The Vivo S1 Pro is currently available on Flipkart and the official website. However, the discounted pricing can only be available at offline retailers. Vivo is yet to update the pricing for online customers. The S1 Pro succeeds the Vivo S1 from last year, and its major highlights include an in-display fingerprint scanner, quad-rear camera setup, and a 4,500 mAh battery pack.
The updated pricing has rolled into effect from March 5th. Vivo is currently offering a 10 precent cashback for ICICI credit and debit card users, no-cost EMI benefits, Reliance Jio offers worth Rs 12,000, and a one-time screen replacement benefit valid till March 31st.
Vivo S1 Pro specifications and features
The Vivo S1 Pro flaunts a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 pixels. The smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a waterdrop notch housing the front camera. The smartphone boasts a screen to body ratio of 90 percent. Powering the S1 Pro is a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Vivo S1 Pro features a quad rear camera setup comprising of a primary 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and two 2-megapixel sensors in charge of macro and depth photography. The Vivo S1 Pro draws power from a 4,500mAh battery with 18W dual engine fast charge support through USB Type-C. The smartphone runs the Android 9.0 Pie-based FunTouch OS 9.2.
