- The Vivo S7t 5G is identical to the Vivo S7 5G, barring some differences in hardware
- It also carries the same price tag as the base variant of Vivo S7 5G
- Highlights include dual-front cameras, a 64MP rear camera and 33W fast charging
Vivo has introduced a third variant in its S7 series. The latest offering is dubbed as Vivo S7t 5G and it joins the S7 5G and S7e 5G that debuted in China last year. For those unaware, the Vivo S7 5G was launched as V20 Pro 5G in other markets including India.
The Vivo S7t 5G is positioned between the S7 5G and S7e 5G. The device retains the same specifications from the S7 5G apart from a different chipset. The latest offering is also priced similarly as the regular S7. Let’s take a look below.
Vivo S7t 5G specifications and features
The Vivo S7t 5G comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a traditional notch that accommodates front cameras. It is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The back panel has a gradient design and a square-shaped camera module.
The Vivo S7t 5G sports triple rear cameras comprising a 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP BnW unit. In the front, the device is fitted with 44MP regular shooter paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
Internally, the Vivo S7t 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 765G that powers the regular S7 5G. The former is also offered in only one RAM and storage configuration of 8GB and 128GB.
The smartphone is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. Software-wise, the device ships with OriginOS based on Android 11 out of the box.
The Vivo S7t 5G offers connectivity options like dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-SIM slots and USB-C port but misses out on a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Vivo S7t 5G pricing and availability
The Vivo S7t 5G is priced at RMB 2,698 (~Rs 30,500) for the standalone 8GB + 128GB variant. It can be availed in Black and Monet Diffuse colour options. The smartphone is available for purchase from Vivo’s online store and major online retailers in China. It’s unclear if the device will make its way to India.
