Vivo T1x specifications leaked, price range tipped before July 20th launch

Vivo T1x specifications have been tipped before its India launch event, which will be held on July 20th, 2022. Vivo is yet to confirm the details of the smartphone. However, a recent report by India Today Tech revealed that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. This gave birth to rumours that India may receive the same Vivo T1x, which debuted a few months ago in Malaysia.

Now, a new report by the same publication, which cites tipster Yogesh Brar as the source, reveals that the Vivo T1x India variant will be different from its Malaysian edition. Even the official poster reveals the difference between the two devices. The Vivo T1x Malaysia variant has a triple camera unit, whereas the one heading to India has a dual-camera setup.

Vivo T1x will feature the Snapdragon 680 SoC

The Vivo T1x will come with a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and carries support for a 90Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 680-powered device will have 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is likely that T1x could be made available in more configurations.

The Vivo T1x will house a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device will come preloaded with Android 12 OS with FunTouch OS 12 on top. The front side of the device will have an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Its rear camera setup will have a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

The leaked specifications show that it could be positioned lower than the e Vivo T1 44W, which was announced in May 2022. The report states that the Vivo T1x could be priced below Rs 15,000. The device will be available for purchase through Flipkart and Vivo India’s online store.
