Vivo T2 5G and Vivo T2x 5G have appeared in the database of the Google Supported Devices list. Both devices were previously spotted with their key specifications at the Play Console. Hence, it appears that it will not take too long for these devices to go official.
According to our exclusive report, Vivo plans to launch two smartphones with the T brand in India this month. While our source did not reveal the names of the devices, it appears that these could be the T2 and T2x that have been spotted on the Play Console and Google Supported Devices list. Vivo T2 5G, T2x 5G spotted in the Google Supported Devices list
The Vivo T2 5G was listed on the Play Console in February with the model number Vivo V2222. The Vivo T2x 5G was found in the same database earlier this month with the model number V2225. The T2 was found to be equipped with a teardrop notch display that provides Full HD+ resolution, 8 GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and the Android 13 OS.
On the other hand, the T2x was seen with features like an FHD+ screen with a waterdrop notch, 8GB of RAM, the Android 13 OS, and a Dimensity 700 chipset. At present, there is no information available on the cameras and batteries of the T2 and T2x.
Vivo T2 series launch time frame, price (rumoured)
By mid-April, two new T2 series smartphones will be launched in India, as per our exclusive report. These devices will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipsets. These phones will be priced below Rs 20,000, with one of them being the most affordable 5G smartphone from Vivo. Hopefully, the first teasers of the T2 series will appear in the next few days. Like the existing T-series phones from Vivo, the T2 lineup is likely to be sold via Flipkart.
